  • HIRE A CERTIFIED CRYPTO RECOVERY EXPERT // LOST RECOVERY MASTERS ARE REPUTABLE

  • Most frequently asked question by investors after losing Bitcoins to fraudsters is how possible it is to recover the digital asset. I happened to become a scam victim last summer. I became interested in Cryptocurrency trading last summer and decided to trade $425,000 worth of crypto through an online software company which promised huge returns. This all went wrong after they transferred all my funds from my coin base wallet to an unknown wallet address. I immediately had a search out on a reliable option to recover the funds back. I came across Lost Recovery Masters, a specialized group in Cryptocurrency Recovery services. I must say I have good fortune, all my lost funds have been recovered back all thanks to these experts. Circled back to 221204 sort of as I didn't get to that one due to work.

Power Clean, minimum of 5 reps each weight

65-85-105-115-135-155#

Kinda checked the box today, but all reps were touch and go. Plus, 155 is much heavier than I typically do PC. Did some light FS as part of warmup.

Any pointers on how to keep my wrists from hurting?? I feel I could do more weight but my wrists were killing me. TIA

Usually it's not the wrist, it's the shoulders. If your elbows can't get parallel to the floor, then doing some smashing on the lats, triceps, bices, and even back of the shoulder would help you get there. Can your elbows get inside your wrist? The position of the front rack is flexion + external rotation. Look up Kelly Starrett and search for his mobility videos on the front rack archetype. If you already do have that mobility, then it is probably more about just giving your wrists a chance to get used to that position and having weight there. Similar to a handstand.

Don’t be Re-Victimized by Recovery Frauds

I am Antony Leo from the UK( northern ireland), l want to inform you

Losing money/crypto online is common these days, and i see no reason why anyone should be ashamed to speak up. The bad news is that anyone ,no matter how smart, can be a victim. However the good news is that there are recovery Hackers that can help you recover your money, you just have to contact a credible one. In my own case, when i lost money, i went searching the internet for help, then i came across a post about hope for victims. i decided to give him a try and i was surprised about how professional and dedicated he was on recovering my lost money to the last penny. You can reach  Ultimate Hacker Jerry on -> Ultimatehackerjerry@seznam . cz

I question the second point on "Loose Fingertip Grip". I mean, it can be done...but if you are a cleaner (Oly) I do not think it should be done. Thoughts?

I used to feel this way too, but now I don't. If someone doesn't have excellent wrist flexibility, then forcing a full grip is going to roll the bar forwards and limit how heavy they can lift. If your goal is to front squat heavy, then a loose grip is OK. If instead you are using the front squat as an assistance exercise to the clean, then you need flexible wrists and should consider a full grip.

I know this was years ago, but I just saw this. Even elite weightlifters will loosen up their grip when catching the clean to improve their front rack. Then they'll adjust their grip before the jerk. Ideally, yes, get that full grip in the front squat. Most folks just can't do it & maintain a solid front rack. In my opinion, it's something for our athletes to strive for, but it's okay not to require it.

Globo wod: as Rxed. If you are using iron plates today make sure you are doing this in a rack with spotter arms or with a spotter. Dumbbells sub dumbbell front squats 7x5. If you max the available dumbbells do AMRAP sets. Another option is weighted pistol squats 4 sets of 3 each leg, alternating legs after each set.

Champions Club Scaling Notes

RANT

Nothing to rant about

WORKOUT THEMES

Weightlifting. Squatting with an upright torso and an emphasis on the midline. Max output followed by full recovery

SHORT MEDIUM LONG

LIGHT

MEDIUM

HEAVY x

TECHNIQUE SCALE

Same format, 10+ reps per set

THIS HURTS MY WRIST SCALE

Remember squatting is squatting. So back squats are fine here. At some point you're going to want to sacrifice a workout or three or five to work on that rack position, so decide today if you want to let that be your limiting factor.

INTENSITY SCALE

Do a short sprint set or burpee set before each lifting set.

MY STUFF

Did sets of 185 for 5 reps between cleaning stuff, then 10 reps on the last set. Definitely not a max kind of day, but not checking the box either - out of breath after all sets
