Scaling:
Reduce the loading on the dumbbell to avoid breaks on the snatches. This workout should be relatively short and if possible completed unbroken and with quick transitions.

Intermediate Option:

Last-Chance Qualifier Event 1

Select athletes from each Semifinal event who just missed the cut will have one last chance to prove they have what it takes to compete at the Games and round out the 80 total individual athletes set to battle for the title of Fittest on Earth. Event 1 will be performed by Last-Chance competitors this Friday and Saturday.
