I stopped the Parkinson's medications prescribed due to severe side effects and started on natural treatments from VineHealth Center (VHC) in California, the herbal treatment has made a huge difference for me. My symptoms including tremors disappeared after the months long treatment! Go to ww w. vinehealthcenter. c om. This treatment is simply amazing!

Been 3+ years since I first watched this and I have watched it periodically since.

Still badly needing one of the tee shirts. Please make these available CF Geezers everywhere.

I am of the age group and workout in a community of women and men who are in this group. I aspire to have a garage gym too where friends and neighbors can come to workout and hangout. You have something very special, Mike. Enjoy every moment!

This video is priceless. You have the right person with Mike. Those in their second half of life need all the motivation they can get. Thank you.

Workout Structure:

First day was followed “For Time” template. This exercise was a single modality that included 3 high distance run and row from metabolic conditioning modality. The training purpose was to improve the cardiorespiratory endurance. Moreover, the aerobic system was the dominant energy pathway in this program.

Second day was followed “For Time” template. This hero WOD was a triplet modality that included 3 high reps moderate weightlifting, 3 high reps low skill gymnastics and 1 high distance rowing. The training purpose was to improve the stamina and increase the fatigue capacity. In this WOD, athletes learn how to control the fatigue and continue the reps for break the records despite being tired. Stamina and cardiorespiratory played the major role in this WOD. Moreover, the aerobic system was the dominant energy pathway in this program.

Third day was followed “AMRAP” template. This WOD was a couplet modality that combined of a core exercise from gymnastic modality and 2 moderate weightlifting. The training purpose was to improve the stamina and strength. Furthermore, this WOD improved the hip power because 2 first movements challenge the hip and need full hip extension. Stamina, strength and cardiorespiratory played the major role in this WOD. Moreover, the aerobic system was the dominant energy pathway in this program.

Conclusion

In this cycle:

  • The combinations of M; WGM and WG have been used, respectively.
  • All 3 programs were the hero WODs.
  • Finally, after 71 days (since 200422), a triplet modality WOD was released in 200703.

As can be seen, only aerobic system was challenge as the dominant energy pathway. Moreover, the cardiorespiratory, stamina and strength were involved in this circle of programming. Also, power is latent in the nature of these programs.

As a final note, “For Time” and “AMRAP” templates were used for programming in this cycle.
