Scaling:
Today’s workout is a burner and there is no reason to stop moving. Experienced athletes should sell their sousl on the rower and hold their heads above water on the burpee pull-ups. Beginner athletes should pace the row and move consistently on the burpee pull-ups. To make the burpee pull-ups easier, use a bar closer to your fingertips when arms are overhead, allowing you to perform more of a jumping pull-up.

Did this as a conditioning piece after a slow lift. Row was strong and easy. 21 cals is nothing. Gassed out hard on pullups. Took quick breaks. Haven't done BurpeePullUps in quite some time.

Really it was burpees + pull-ups because of how low my bar is, so closer to Intermediate I guess.

Left the C2 on drag 6. I just don’t cycle burpees that fast. It took forever to warm up being sore from our bulletproof workout yesterday. Practiced DUs after.

Globo wod: If you don't have access to a rower sub 2 to 1 sumo deadlift high pulls to calories rowed with a 55/75lb barbell. A 1.5/2pood kettlebell or 2x 20/30lb dumbbells can be subbed if a barbell isn't available. If you use a a different rower than a C2 note in comments.
