Scaling:
This couplet will challenge your midline and is more difficult than it looks on paper. This workout falls in a moderate time domain for most. Remember, the longer you work out, the more burpees you have to perform. Newer athletes should reduce the burpees to allow at least 30 seconds of work on the pull-up bar. Remember, the workout starts with burpees.

I started with 12 burpees and 5 toes to bars, then 11 burpees and 5ttb, 10b and 5ttb, 9b and 5ttb, 8b and 5ttb, 7b and 10ttb, 6b and 10ttb, 7b and 10ttb, 8b and 5ttb. In 21 minutes.

Did this one as a tap out then scale down. I knew I couldn't hold 8 burpees per minute and toes 2 bar as well. Heck, I could've probably got to 60 PullUps faster than toes 2 bar. Got to 40 burpees in 5 minutes then had to tap out. Didn't want to redline today, just move. Rested 5 minutes then just did some beginner volume work in burpees and knee raises.
Not a fan of toes 2 bar as my hanging is quite unbalanced. My right arm gets hyper fatigued from hanging.
Just checked the box on doing some damn burpees.

started the 1st 2 rounds with 12 burpees and then dropped to 8 for the rest and did make-up burpees off the clock

4 rounds. Scaled significantly. Hip painful and not moving well. Burpees (7, 6, 5, 5), kipping knees to chest (14, 16, 15, 15).
Started with 12 burpees, after getting 12 T2B first I was in a hole and only got 2 on the subsequent round. Therefore move to 9 burpees and finished in 8.50.
Did 50 burpees for time after as I felt bad for not completing 12 each round.
