Scaling:
Today’s workout is a repeat of an Open workout from 2013. If you competed in 2013, check your score and go for a PR.
Both the load of the barbell and the height of the box should allow you to move through the reps quickly — the load should be light and the cycle time should be fast. A single round should take no more than 2 minutes to complete. Advanced athletes may be able to maintain 1 round per minute (maybe more).

Did this one after an extra rest day because of being too sleep and body tired. Probably my body telling me it's time to deload and rest.
Jerks then deadlift was kinda awkward and nonlinear. Back blew up early and jerks felt heavier than I would have liked for only 5. This workout was all about the jumps. Felt like I was kneestriking my ribs each jump.
Essentially this was the 4th straight week of an open type workout. My body is tired of these open style grinds.
