Had to sub weights of DB as I didn’t have 50’s. So I used 40 lb DB.

As rx’d, 10 rounds + 10 push jerks.
Was able to keep the gas pedal down the whole time. Push jerks were awkward at first, particularly on my left side. A mobility/stability thing, and even though I did a bunch of overhead mobilization in warm-up, it was still sticky, especially at the outset. Push-ups were mostly broken 6-4. Rows at an uncomfortable but not fast clip. This one hurt more than I expected it might.
