Explosive ordnance disposal officer Kaitlyn Hernandez recently set a record by running the mile in 10 minutes and 23 seconds while wearing an 84-lb. bodysuit and 12-lb. helmet. Hernandez trains at CrossFit SolaFide in Clarksville, Tennessee, and also qualified for and competed in the CrossFit Games Individual Quarterfinal last weekend.
