Rebuilding a good credit score can be very frustrating and usually takes up months or even years depending on how consistently you pay bills completely & on time. I used to be among these unfortunate categories until recently when I had this job interview. I was invited to attend by The Mosaic Company in Florida , and after a background-check by the company I was placed on hold because of my terrible credit report score .A 550 FICO score is considered very poor and generally won't get the best terms for loans and credit etc . Thanks to NEWHORIZONCREDIT1 who came to my rescue and performed their magic on my credit score report , now I can boast of a credit score of 790 . contact them at ( NEWHORIZONCREDIT1 AT gmail DOT com ) . That was fantastic! I just managed 200m in 28:02 with 19 breaks. I had to stop as my phone ran out of storage at about the 100m mark, and my hands were shredded. I should have brought gloves. I loved your idea of using your shirt to protect your hands.

Wow, I’m really interested to see what some of the scores will be! This workout is going to be very aggressive for most of my clientele. My first option, for scaling, will be to have athletes practice handstand walks for 25:00 with a focus on improving their quality of movement. There are many options to modify this movement for those that cannot perform a handstand walk. For today, I will likely resort to the main scaling option being a tall bear crawl for a distance that is on par with the athletes current capacity. Wall walks and other handstand drills will be practiced during the specific warm-up period.

I SHOULD TRY THIS RX’D IF: my name is Chris Binno and there is not a soccer game going on the infield (nobody watches lacrosse, so that’s cool)


ORGANIC SCALES:

Strength — do max sets of handstand holds with a rest in between

Stamina — this pretty much covers the stamina category

Endurance — go the group version below

Flexibility — make sure your butt and belly are squeezed tight to your shoulders are goingto ful range of motion


NEUROLOGICAL SCALES:

Coordination — great opportunity here to work on running technique but upside down. Tiny fall and lift the hands

Accuracy — can you stay in your lane?

Agility — quick cadence for your hands

Balance — again, this pretty much covers it.


GROUP VERSION: amrap in 20 minutes of: 1:00 handstand hold or walking practice, 30 PVC overhead squats, 15 knees to elbows


WARMUP:

Literally anything that doesn’t fry your shoulders out


GENERAL FEAR LEVEL (1=REST DAY, 10=PR-DRIVEN FGB): 9. 8 for the actual workout and +1 for having to do math at the end.

Globo Scale... This one could prove difficult, but if necessary we are doing this in 5-10 meter segments, or 5-25 ft segments. You could do this:


AMRAP 20

HS Walk 25 feet segments UB

Or

AMRAP 20

HS Walk 10 feet segments UB

Or

AMRAP 20

HS Walk 5 feet segments UB (Good for those working on this skill)


Now if this is not possible in your globo or garage at all, then do HS holds for 20 minutes, or sub in bear crawls or wall walks.

Wall walks: AMRAP 20 wall walks


Bear Crawls: accumulate 400m of bear crawls AFAP, then do 10 minutes of HS holds (or scales of these, as needed)

Note: If you have access to a gymnastics area (such as at a YMCA), do these in there. Otherwise, if you have access to a flat "soft" surface, such as a football field or outdoor turf, or a wrestling practice area, do this there.

Intended Stimulus

.

Let's consider three numbers here: 400 meters, number of sets, and total time. Now consider the scoring system. This workout rewards fast times and a small number of sets. This implies that what we are looking for is a high volume of handstand walking -or scaled version- done in very long bouts, with minimal rest between them. This logic will guide your scaling. And unless you don't have a job, or your job is fitness, you will probably have to scale this pretty hard. If your max distance handstand walk is between 30 to 50 feet and you are pretty consistent, a good scaling will be to cut the distance to 200 meters (650 feet). If you are inconsistent, and your skill is not there yet, then let's stay true to the stimulus of the workout. Choose appropriate drills, and some structure that allows you to keep the volume high, the rest short, and the sets long. And always add some play time to your scheme. This workout is about being silly, having fun, and being fit AF.



Option 1

For people who can walk on their hands consistently between 10 and 25 feet.



AMRAP 20 Minutes

10 feet handstand walk

rest 15-20 seconds

10 shift-and-taps per side holding a handstand on wall

rest 15-20 seconds



If you still have juice after the 20 minutes, go for 30!



Option 2

For people not able to kick up to a freestanding handstand yet.



10 Rounds

20-30 seconds Handstand Hold on Wall (alternate between facing the wall and facing away from the wall if possible)

rest 30 seconds

20-30 seconds shoulder taps in plank position

rest 30 seconds

1-2 Wall Walks

rest 30 seconds
