The 2026 French Throwdown delivered nonstop drama as 940 athletes battled inside Arena Grand Paris. With just three CrossFit Games-qualifying spots for elite men and women, it was one of the most competitive stops of the Games season, with every event carrying major implications.

Competition Director Daniel Chaffey reflects on the growth of both the event and the European CrossFit community. With more than 500 affiliates represented and athletes ranging from elite individuals to the 70+ division, the French Throwdown has become a true celebration of the sport.
