This one-day nutrition workshop offers a practical and accessible approach to understanding nutrition, equipping you with the skills needed to align your dietary habits with CrossFit’s definition of health — work capacity across broad time and modal domains across the years of life.
This workshop is a blend of lectures, discussions, and practical breakouts. You will gain foundational knowledge of nutrition and food, an introduction to nutrition science, tools for constructing a healthy diet, and strategies for meal planning based on your lifestyle.
You will spend the day with our resident nutritionist, CrossFit Seminar Staff trainer, Certified CrossFit Level 4 Coach, and 15-year affiliate owner Jocelyn Rylee. Rylee has helped thousands of people of all ages dial in their nutrition and perform better in every area of their lives.
