LOS ANGELES (April 14, 2026) – Today, CrossFit is launching “The CrossFit Effect,” a global campaign spotlighting the brand’s foundational commitment to education to advance human health and athletic performance. Built on the belief that knowledge is the driving force of transformation, CrossFit is fulfilling its role not only as a fitness methodology but also as an educational ecosystem that empowers affiliates, coaches, and members to better understand how it develops and supports a global community of coaches, affiliate gyms, and members.

Through a series of paid media spots and branded content, CrossFit showcases how just one course can spark a ripple effect, empowering coaches to transform lives, strengthen communities, and extend the “CrossFit Effect” far beyond a gym. They don’t just lead workouts, they build relationships, foster accountability, and create spaces where people feel seen and supported. The individuals carry that sense of connection to their own homes and workplaces, extending the effect. In a time when isolation is on the rise and meaningful, in-person connection is harder to find, this ripple becomes a powerful antidote, turning education into community – and community into lasting impact.

“The CrossFit Effect” highlights the brand’s global educational resources, including its credentials, coaching programs, and extensive library of training tools designed for individuals at every fitness level. From curious beginners to experienced coaches looking to refine their craft, CrossFit scales to individuals based on their goals.

CrossFit is the first fitness organization to provide a precise and quantifiable definition of fitness. This precision demands results that are observable, measurable, and repeatable. To support this mandate, CrossFit is committed to results-based education and training that includes entry-level courses such as the Level 1 and Level 2 Certificate Courses, as well as advanced credentials achieved via examination, such as the Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer and Level 4 Coach.

An educated trainer possesses solid knowledge of movement mechanics, programming, nutrition, and related disciplines relevant to physical well-being and performance. A more advanced trainer applies this knowledge to program design, discerns sound from unsound movement mechanics, and demonstrates the ability to correct unsound movement mechanics to maximize safety, efficiency, and efficacy.

“Since 2002, CrossFit has transformed people’s lives around the world by teaching its methodology to coaches and athletes, who carry that knowledge into their communities. What begins with one course doesn’t stop there; it creates a ripple. This campaign celebrates the coaches at the center of that ripple. It highlights the education, credentialing, and standards that have set CrossFit apart from day one, and how that foundation continues to spark a chain reaction of positive change. We call it the ‘CrossFit Effect’ because it shows how one coach, equipped with the right tools and knowledge, can build stronger communities and lasting human connections,” explained Jenna Hauca, Chief Marketing Officer, CrossFit.
