Workout of the Day for 210227:

Three 5-minute rounds of:
200-m farmers carry
Then as many reps as possible of:
5 burpees
10 kettlebell swings

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

♀ 16-kg KBs ♂24-kg KBs

Newbie- I accidently did 5 rounds of 5 mins. Should of been 3 - arms are blasted now

50lbs per arm for 200 meter carry

25lb dumbell swing

5 burpees all within the 5 mins ( is this correct?)


I wasn't able to keep doing 200 meter carry's at that weight and had to modify into KB swings and Burpees to at least get them in.

Two quick questions:

1) what is the rx weight for the farmers carry?

And 2) is the 200m farmers carry buy in done for each round? Or just the first one?

1) Rx is same weight as the KB swings, assuming you have two KBs.

2) 200m is buy in for each round.
