50 double-unders
10 overhead squats

Anyone else thinking it’ll take them the whole 7 min. just to do the DU??? 😂🤣😅

😂 Hey Jade, if you haven’t quite got double unders yet, here’s some things you could try...

  • attempt DU for 30 seconds each round
  • complete 25 DU in the style of single-double-single
  • complete 100 singles per round


The thing with double unders is, you gotta try em to get em!

I didn’t see your comment until today! 🤣😉 I actually have come a long ways, but I will fall back on your scaling options when I have those bad days. 😉 I think I got 3 rounds + 3 with a 65# barbell & DUs. I’m not as good as I want to be, but I’m better than I was. 😅
