Not feeling it today - stiff, sore and run down. Tried to maintain something close to the grip of a rope without doing towel PU (right hand is torn up). Changed to 100 SU after the first round because I was tripping up too much on the DU. Did a bunch of DU practice afterwards to get used to my new rope.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of: 4 Rounds
2 rope climbs, 15 ft. 12’ rope height what I have at home.
