Scaled/Subbed;

10 narrow grip PU w/ opposing hands

10 squats

12 push press 95#

100 SU after 1st round

5 rds complete with 1 second to spare


Not feeling it today - stiff, sore and run down. Tried to maintain something close to the grip of a rope without doing towel PU (right hand is torn up). Changed to 100 SU after the first round because I was tripping up too much on the DU. Did a bunch of DU practice afterwards to get used to my new rope.

Intermediate Option:
