Did I just see a "No rep!" for Boz at 1:31? Don't you have to unpress and roll sideways to return the bell to the floor to complete the rep. I think Martone would agree. Plus maybe you should alternate sides.
THis is a good question I’d love to see an answer to, because that would really change the amount of work!
