CrossFit Seminar Staff member David Tittle (CF-L3) coaches an athlete through the deadlift, this time focusing on the knees. “Do we see how that bar moves forward? With a PVC she can get away with it, but if we start getting into maximal loads, and it’s pulled forward, that’s going to be a very tough lift,” he explains.
