LOVE THIS!!! I fell in love with CrossFit ALL over again. Such a AWESOME weekend with incredible coach's. Shout out to @SarahMills, @JoeDeGain, @GregKerschbaum, and CodyKeuthley! What an honor it is to have you critique us!

HUGE blessing to be apart of such a great weekend with even better individual(s); the course was filled with endless knowledge, passionate people, and incredible grit from everyone!
@Sarah Mills @Greg Kerschbaum were absolutely above and beyond all expectations, they emphasized the small details (which mattered the most) in the lectures and small groups that we will be able to translate back to our gyms and future athletes; loved learning from these instructors and if you ever take your CF-L1 I hope you get these 2 coaches! Thanks for helping us reach our goals!!

Had a great webinar with Pablo on 10/9! He kept us thoroughly engaged...and entertained. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He provided multiple verbal, tactile and visual cues to use in a class setting. He challenged us and made sure we fully understood each movement before moving on. CrossFit training staff never disappoint! Thanks for a fun webinar Pablo!
