Most of these look like epic band photos. Had the pleasure of doing my re validation with Paulo, although I have been working in the industry for a good while it was great to go through the basics once again.
Attended the L-1in Orange Ca. Excellent staff!!! Breakout groups for the movement’s were efficient, very productive and FUN. Lectures were informative with the right amount of humor that kept the class engaged. I learned how to observe, cue, correct and encourage my fellow participants. Really a great weekend of learning in a fantastic environment. Everything ran efficiently and on time! Thank you Crossfit staff, Nuno, Rick, Libby and Alec.....
