I've started referring my elderly patients to this website for "home gym" workouts. I Love it! Thanks Greg. These exercise concepts and movements are universal and can help many patients who don't know where to start.

These videos are coming in for a lot of sarcasm on social media. But I think real CrossFitters know that everything is scalable and that actually EVERYONE can start somewhere. Agree with all the positive comments on each of these vids - we all have elderly family members that these exercises truly can help. VITALity or life. This CF is being awesome in pioneering this positive attitude to ageing.

at almost 61, and 2 years into CrossFit, i'm LOVING these "senior" videos, as many of my friends are dealing with very elderly parents who can barely move, or they're dealing with themselves not being able to truly move. BUT...the decor in the living room makes me think Archie & Edith are about to come out...could you maybe modernize it a bit? ;)
