Amazing video. This is my favorite breakfast and like you, I never thought about the tomatoes this way. I lam loving CrossFit's renewed emphasis on knowledge (nutrition, rational thinking, etc). Keep it up guys.

Does it matter how many blocks this meal is? Or is the idea just to give examples of solid meal ideas? Either way, I’m a fan and hope CF can stay consistent with the meal videos and nutrition advice. Thank you!

I don't think this is meant to fall under a "zone/keto/paleo/etc." diet. I think the idea is just to eat real food and they're giving some simple ideas to do just that.

I think for these videos it's more about the balance / ratios of protein, carbs and good fats for proper nutrition. If you are following the Zone you can raise or lower the portions accordingly.
