I think Crossfit's create a new form of art with these videos... just trying to think of a good name for it... 'Post-modernist exercise' anyone???

I work with elder people and these workouts are perfect for those who are not able to go to the gym :)

I'm a fit 56 year old with kipping toes to bar and 60kg back squat. I don't understand who these videos are targeting. My dad is not a subscriber to EOD.

These videos tie in perfectly with Glassman’s statement that “CrossFit is for anyone” - any age, anywhere, any budget (free).

I guess they are leaving it up to each of us to get this content in front of some seniors or others who could benefit from it. Maybe it's as simple as emailing a link to www.crossfit.com/at-home to your dad or cheekily setting his browser start page to it; maybe it will take more. But there is no doubt that it will be the most effective coming from someone trusted and loved, like a family member.
