The L-sit is performed by supporting the body entirely by the arms and holding the legs straight out in front. Athletes who have developed their L-sit to the point where they can hold it for three minutes subsequently find all other ab work easy.
Sorry but does anyone else think it’s odd that the director of media publishes his home videos of his kids on official CrossFit platforms?
To me, this is either there is no process of filtering content, or HQ is running out of content. Maybe it’s time for Sevan to retire too. 🤷♀️

Often the videos are meant as nothing more than inspiration or an interesting aside. I think it's great to show the human side of Crossfit- at the end of the day it's just regular people doing tough things to be fit. It's awesome to show the young being guided on such an effective fitness journey so early in their lives!
