We are excited to announce that CrossFit will be partnering with Ramp, naming it the Official Corporate Card and Expense Management Platform of CrossFit. The collaboration marks CrossFit’s first-ever partnership in both the corporate card and expense management categories, growing CrossFit’s array of strategic business participations and providing the brand with the opportunity to invest in its affiliates in operating sustainable, long-term businesses.
Running a CrossFit affiliate means wearing a lot of hats. Owners coach classes, manage staff, pay vendors, track expenses, and keep the business running day to day. Through this partnership, CrossFit affiliate owners will have access to Ramp’s finance tools to help automate expenses, bill payments, accounting workflows, and other administrative work—freeing up time to focus on members and growing their gyms.
As part of the partnership, Ramp will offer CrossFit-branded corporate cards to affiliate owners and CrossFit headquarters. Affiliate owners who sign up for Ramp and meet initial spend requirements will be eligible to receive a referral bonus from Ramp. More than 70,000 businesses use Ramp to reduce busywork, gain visibility into spending, and run more efficiently.
“Affiliate owners are the backbone of the CrossFit community, and our partnership with Ramp is intended to provide meaningful business support to those who have dedicated themselves to entrepreneurship and brand growth,” says Jay DeCoons, Vice President of Affiliates at CrossFit. “Strong affiliates build strong communities, and we want to ensure owners spend less time buried in paperwork and more time coaching and connecting with members who are the core and foundation of our brand and their business.”
The partnership will launch with several activations throughout the 2026 CrossFit Games, including sponsorship of the Ramp Affiliate Lounge, as well as a significant presence at the Owners and Coaches Conference.
“CrossFit affiliate owners are constantly balancing coaching, operations, and business management,” said Abigail DiTosto, Head of Consumer Partnerships at Ramp. “From paying vendors to managing employee spending, running a gym requires hundreds of financial decisions every month. Ramp gives owners better visibility into where money is going and helps simplify the work required to keep the business running.”
This announcement highlights CrossFit’s continued commitment to attracting major brands outside the traditional fitness industry while creating additional value and resources for affiliate owners.
