Ring Training Part 2: The Ring Positions Every Athlete Should Own
Six positions form the entire foundation for ring work: the support hold, ring rows, ring pull-ups, ring push-ups, ring dips, and the false grip. Skip any one of them and the rings will find the gap. Part 2 of our series breaks down each piece so your first muscle-up attempt isn't your first real test of them.

Winning a multi million dollar lotto is a life changing event for almost any winner. My name is Billy Hansell from Chicopee, Massachusetts, and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how I became the famous winner of the $758 million (£591 million) Powerball jackpot. I know many people wonder how I secured this lottery win. Would you believe me if I told you I did it with the help of a spell? I met a famous spell caster named Priest Alaska, and he was the one who made it happen for me. As surprising as it was even to me my famous comment to the press was, "I’m going to go crawl into bed now" I never imagined that Priest Alaska would make me rich overnight. If you, too, want to seize the chance to win big and achieve great wealth just as I did then contact Priest Alaska via email at alaskaspellcaster44 @ gmail. com

Gator
8 rounds
5 Front Squats w/ 185 lbs
26 Ring Push-Ups
27:32
FS unbroken. Push-ups started as two sets but quickly turned to 3, 4, 5. I don't have long ring straps so had to put them on and off the barbell while it was racked to complete. With honor.
U.S. Army Specialist Christopher "Gator" Gathercole, 21, of Santa Rosa, California, assigned to 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, based in Fort Lewis, Washington, was killed by enemy fire on May 26, 2008, in Ghazni, Afghanistan. He is survived by his brother Edward, sisters Jennifer Daly and Sarah Ferrell, father Edward Gathercole, and mother Catherine Haines. First and only post I found was 110812. RIP Chris.
