incline bench - 45x10/65x10/85x10/105x10/125x10/145x10
15 minute AMRAP
8 Devil Presses w/ 50's
20 Walking Lunges w/ 50's
2 rope climbs (5 pull ups + 5 KTE for each climb)
4 rounds on the nose. The presses sucked the life from me before those lunges making them way harder. Good one from Bridges.
Great work! Anything from Bridges would be a crusher.
