Funny story, I actually thought I missed by 6 reps of HSC and did an extra 6 HSC (assuming that my time ran out at rep 114) to finish all reps. Went back and counted chalk tally marks and was pleased to find I had miscounted and had actually finished the last 4 HSC at precisely 15 minutes (and did the 6 extra for no reason). Left hand bleeding!

Regret doing 26.3 yesterday….feeling beat up. Saved my hands a little and did this as 40 strict pull-ups and 40 strict parallel bar dips for the BMU. HSC as RXd. Also, set the clock to 15 minutes. finished with 10s left.

Pretty confusing to post this today when people are in the middle of doing/preparing to do these, someone needs to proofread and check this stuff better before sending out.
