My garage heater is no match for this cold, so I brought my rower and some DB's to the basement.
Also--I watched Alex Hannold climb the skyscraper this weekend---amazingly insane.
Watched him do pull ups while he pinched the sides of a Rogue rack and it looked like he was on a pogo stick--made them look so easy.
I'm sure there are some rock climbers here and can do that also but that just blew my mind.
I've been with y'all a long time.
