517 reps @45kg of lat pull, lat press, ab pulls, ghd situps, bicep curls h&v grips in 30 mins, 1000 reps of same in 1 hour. 24 air squats not counted. 12 leg press @ 143kg not counted. 1566 total reps @45kg. All w/12lb Reebok delta vest attached. Time elapsed 135 minutes.
