Scaling:
Today, we have two sprint-style chippers with rest in between. For the first chipper, the load of the barbell should feel light to moderate, allowing you to do touch-and-go reps. On the second chipper, the load should be considerably heavier with most athletes doing singles on the barbell. Don’t be surprised if the pull-ups and bar muscle-ups feel more challenging coming off the squat cleans. Modify the pull-ups to jumping or assisted pull-ups, and the bar muscle-ups to jumping bar muscle-ups or pull-ups. We want to ride the line of keeping the foot on the gas, but not blowing up on the gymnastics movements. Trust yourself and let’s see what you’ve got!

Happy, but not satisfied. My dang hands were still struggling from Lynne (not strict) at my gym last week. I couldn't hold on to Pull-ups or Bar Muscle-Ups.
Started Rx, completing the first half at 5:00, but I fell apart after the rest. After several attempts at 225lbs, I dropped to 205lbs but still couldn't catch it in a squat so I referred to power cleans to finish up the first set and the entire second set. 18 BMUs as is

Globo wod: dumbbell sub round 1 40/60lb dumbbell squat cleans, round 2 60/80lb dumbbells squat cleans. Scale the dumbbell weights as needed. If your pullup bar isn't suitable for bar muscleups sub an equal number of burpee chest to bar pullups or burpee strict pullups.
