Just scaled and adjusted since I can't pistol or handstands pushups. Did not think this would take as long as it did. Jumping was exhausted. Good push and jumping workout, with a dash of corework. Checked the box and move on.

Globo wod: If you can't find an area to do HSPU sub piked pushups or HSPU piked from an object such as a chair or bed, or if you have them do dumbbell shoulder presses at 60-75 percent of your body weight total combined weight of the dumbbells. Single leg squats can be scaled by holding a door frame or sturdy object, or to bulgarian split squats if a box isnt available. Wall walks sub 10ft bear crawl.
