Have been DialedIn for the past month, but have fell off this week. Today was just a get your a** in the gym late night. Success for getting at it on a bad anxiety week. Yoga earlier tired out the shoulders.
HangCleans we're good for not being in good shape. 165 @3 was my old powerlifting max. Felt like I could've probably maxed out higher with more warmup and being more DialedIn this week. Funny thing is I used to exclusively do HangCleans and never did PowerCleans till this past year, now it is like the reverse.

Globo wod: If you are using iron plates today use a weight that you can bring down under control and do sets across. For the AMRAP use 80% of this. Dumbbells sub dumbbell hang squat cleans 3-3-3-3-3, then the AMRAP as directed. If you max the available dumbbells do AMRAP sets. Hotel gym (50lb max dumbbells) after warming up dumbbell hang squat cleans do "knee jumps" into squat jumps for height 10×1. Warm up well and treat this as a strength session. Then do AMRAP 3 hang squat cleans 35/50lb dumbbells. Obviously if you're a novice just do the dumbbell sub and focus on technique.
