Good article--I grew up in the church and a great youth group---loved it. Church closed, always felt lifting as "spiritual" for lack of a better word--finally found a church to connect with-and my youngest is having a great time in the youth group-- and our family felt the same way, but we've always felt like hiking or biking together was also our "church"
Not sure if this is silly or not, but I've connected to the online CF main site "suspects" to keep me focused. I'm glad my family has found our local church, but I also feel so blessed to have mainsite. I'm just so thankful. I got to workout with my Grandson today....I started my garage gym to be close to my youngest son, and now I'm doing wod's with my Grandson....How cool is that???? Though I may not think I'm strong---my GS said today "Papi, you're strong" 'nuff said. Gotta keep at it to keep up with both my Grandsons. Sorry for the rant......
Also, good luck to the games athletes this weekend and go Dustin Poirier tonight!!!

👍. Agree completely. Wish my kids were close enough to wok out together. The Suspects keep me focused, decide how to sub and scale, etc. Amazing for folks I’ve never met, even if I feel I know some if you!

Always happy to see the usual suspects! I never was a group worker-outer…. my garage gym and Mainsite is all I need.
Side note, Mike: Crazy to see Poirier get slept like that…. caught me by surprise! (Apparently, caught Dustin by surprise, too). Justin and Dustin are both great fighters and fun to watch.

Thanks for sharing Mike! Like you Nick, and many others I have been a solo act following mainsite for years save for Fridays at work since February (our weekly bulletproof workout to build fitness and esprite de corp). All I need is my garage (or whatever I have available), the WOD, and some inspiration from this site's suspects!
