Hoping to get to this soon, I think a good way to do this would be to do 'singles', that is, 150 sets of 106 m run, 1 burpee pull up, if you can hold ~40 secs per set you can finish the workout in 1hr:52 mins

Rx was not happening with my lower back and knees today, but I need to run more so intermediate scale seemed like the logical choice. On top of the joint limitations today I chose the hottest part of the day with clear skies, light airs, and stupid high humidity to do this. My goal of keeping the scale to around an hour turned into 'just finish without causing a heat injury'. Still, glad I did it. RIP 2LT!

This is my first full Crossfit Work out. I've been doing a little bit here and there the past week, but never a full workout.
Even the beginner one on this is intimidating, but I committed to doing it no matter how long it took.
I was able to jog most of the 2 miles, but took some strategic breaks to walk.
For the 75 burpees, I split them into sets of 10 and took breaks between. I come from a strength training background, so all of this endurance-based stuff is tough! Man, what a grind!
The 2 miles took 23:55.
The 75 burpees took 18:55
In total: 42:50
I'm excited to see my progress and how much faster I'm able to do this as time goes on. The journey begins!
