40 Mal einarmiges Reißen mit der Kurzhantel
50 Mal über die Box steigen mit der Kurzhantel
40 Mal einarmiges Reißen mit der Kurzhantel
30 Mal Knie anheben im Hang

Männer: 35-lb. Kurzhantel (15kg), 20-in. Box (50cm)
Frauen 20-lb. Kurzhantel (10kg), 20-in. Box (50cm)

Falls notwendig kann das Knie anheben im Hang noch weiter zu AbMat Sit-Ups und das Gewicht der Kurzhanteln noch weiter reduziert werden. Die Kurzhanteln ganz weg lassen und einfach über die Box steigen ist auch eine Möglichkeit.
