Stimulus and Strategy:
Today, we have a very grip- and shoulder-heavy workout. Even with the heavy dumbbells, try to keep moving with minimal breaks through all movements. Aim to complete the jump rope in under 2:30 each time, and the dumbbell movements in no more than 6 sets each. As you get farther into this one, use your legs and hips to keep the weight moving. This workout will not get easier each round, so make sure you are confident with the loads and scales you select.

The first set of Dubs for me are usually the worst so decided to sub only that set with singles. DLs were in 20s. HPCs went 10-9-8-7-6-5. PJs went 8-7-7-8-5. Didn't track breaks/trips in Dubs, but it was a mixed bag.

CN, it was a warm up to the movements of sorts. I seem to trip like it's cool with the first set of Dubs in nearly every WOD that includes them no matter well warmed up I am. It's probably mostly mental by this point so figured why not give it a try with extra singles in the first set to maybe get my head right for the rest. It seemed to pan out at least a little.
