We welcome all the new Kettlebell enthusiasts who've recently found CrossFit. Your arrival has the local crew buzzing about a CrossFit rendition of the famed Dragondoor "tactical strength challenge" http://www.tacticalstrengthchallenge.com/index.html
1) Eliminate the rest between events 2) Randomize order of events 3) Add a run (400-meters?) 4) Replace the pull-up with a muscle-up (tactically, strategically, and physiologically a better exercise, no?) 5) Randomize and widen range of load for each exercise with dice: 1-6 corresponding to 1,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0, or 3.5 pood Kettlebell for each event 6) Repeat for three days in a row. Oh yeeaaaah!
