2022 QF W#1. Completed all lunges RXd. Scaled HSPU to x30 to yoga block, x20 box HSPU, x10 strict.


Only 2 into x10 strict at the 15 minute mark. Think it would have been a while to get to 10 HSPU, that was a core cruncher.

I think I might like CrossFit more, but I’m afraid if I keep doing it I might turn into a homo.
