Kevin Johnson, Doug Livingston, Dave Leys, John Long, Matt Mast, Naomi Silva with 20, 14, 28, 20, 28, and 8 pound Dynamax balls respectively. We effectively handicap runs with medicine balls of varying weights. The athletes can carry the ball however they chose but cannot set the ball down.
