Loyd Lewis performs the stiff-stiff (straight arm – bent hip – straight leg) press to a handstand. This is the first press of merit. Learn with the straddle and without. Done slowly, with control, and powerfully, this press is one of the most amazing displays of balance and power in sport. Work this press from the floor and parallettes.

8:25?!!! I can appreciate Greg's time in a whole different light after trying this WOD for the first time today.

My first round went well-just under 4 minutes. It felt so good I was anticipating 12-13 minutes as a total time. However, the running/swinging killed me the next two rounds. Definitely a cardio problem here. Spent most of those two rounds gasping and coughing on a little dry spot lodged in my throat. Pukie was peeking around the corner of the barn today.

Total time: 14:49

first WOD ever for me. Total time 17min46sec. Alot of work to do but really looking forward to the reward. Afraid that if I pushed harder I would have "spray painted" the track.

19.41. I am full of admiration for the studs who posted half my time. I hope they are only half my age, but I'm afraid to ask.

16:15 with a 55lb dumbbell. I had to break up the pullups in the second and third rounds to get through it.

19:30. I used a 72 lb. Kettlebell, since that's all I have, and since I try and use it every chance I get.

It took me a good 15-20 minutes to cool down.
