The 2022 CrossFit Games are fast approaching, and the city of Madison, Wisconsin, is gearing up to welcome tens of thousands of CrossFitters for a festival of fitness like no other. If you’ve ever traveled to the CrossFit Games, you know what a spectacle it is — excited fans, unrivaled community and camaraderie, and an edge-of-your-seat race for the title of Fittest on Earth.
For the lucky CrossFit affiliate owners who get to experience the CrossFit Games in person, things get even more fun. Keep reading to learn about some of the incredible things the CrossFit Affiliate team has in store for you — a dedicated community of affiliate owners.
Affiliate Booth
If you’ll be at the CrossFit Games this year, your first stop should be the Affiliate Booth, located in Vendor Village. There, you’ll check in, pick up your credentials, and find information about the exclusive perks available to you throughout the week of the CrossFit Games.
Affiliate Lounge
The Affiliate Lounge is back and available to you and one guest as a way for us to show our gratitude for all that you do. We can’t wait to spoil you!
“The exclusive Affiliate Owner’s Lounge and its activities is our way to recognize the hard work our owners put into their communities year round and to elevate their experience at the Games,” said CrossFit’s Senior Manager of Affiliate Community and Engagement Danielle Hale. “We want to show our owners what they mean to us, to the CrossFit community, and to the world. These are people who have made it their life mission to change and save lives, and we want to celebrate them to the fullest.”
In the lounge, you’ll be able to beat the heat while snagging exclusive swag, participating in affiliate-centered panels and presentations, watching live competition on a jumbotron, chatting with HQ staff, participating in raffles, and enjoying cold-brew coffee, snacks, and a private bar.

Affiliate Community Empowerment Programs (ACEP)
One of the many new ways CrossFit is linking arms with the affiliate owners is through Affiliate Community Empowerment Programs (ACEP). ACEP is a specialized support team that identifies funds to support affiliates housing sustainable community programs and assists with bridging the gap between the demographic in need and the affiliate.
You’ll hear directly from affiliate owners and experts on how ACEP programs have improved the health of their businesses and communities.
Live Roundtables
Just one year after launching, CrossFit Affiliate Roundtables (ART) has thousands of affiliate owners around the globe benefiting from consistent meetings with fellow owners.
Roundtables offer a chance to connect with affiliate owners from all different locations and backgrounds to ask questions, share ideas, and get feedback on issues ranging from personal to business and everything in between.
At this year’s Games, affiliate owners will have the opportunity to participate in live and in-person Roundtable discussions in the Affiliate Lounge. Check the full schedule for details and don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to learn from and relate to other affiliate owners.
“Having this many owners in one place not only gives HQ the opportunity to show how much we value them, it allows our owners to be together as well. One of the most powerful occurrences in our ecosystem is that of the camaraderie and connection from owner to owner,” Hale said. “There is magic that happens when our owners are together and can share stories, best practices, and most of all support one another by knowing they don’t stand alone in the role of an owner — they have each other. A global affiliate family.”
Experience a live Roundtable for yourself on-site at the Games! You’ll also have a chance to sign up for future virtual Roundtables using CrossFit’s brand-new scheduling tool that will thoughtfully curate your Roundtable groups so as to ensure the most diverse groups are able to connect, as well as allow the user to see which days and times are currently available for Roundtables meetings.
Already a Roundtables participant? After the competition ends on Saturday night, don’t miss a chance to meet your Roundtables cohort to enjoy drinks and small bites. Located at the Madison Club. (*Current Roundtables participants only.)
The State of CrossFit Education
The Affiliate Team is honored to host a special presentation led by the world’s best trainers. This is a great opportunity to chat with the “red shirts” outside of seminars. This will be a time to learn about the origin of CrossFit Education and Training (EDU), its charge, and the resources currently available within EDU, including in-person seminars, online specialty courses, preferred courses, and coaching development to name a few.
Throw down on the competition floor before enjoying a complimentary dinner and open bar alongside HQ staff and your affiliate-owner family.
