The Story Behind Jack’s Triangle Hero WOD

Brad Anderson was a Reconnaissance Marine in Iraq in 2003. He was also one of CrossFit's earliest practitioners, using it to train for combat before most people had ever heard of it. This is his story and the story of his friend, Kevin "Jack" Dempsey, whom we honored in Tuesday’s Workout of the Day, Jack’s Triangle.

Can’t say it better or differently than Chance and LK. Thank you both for your service and keep telling the story.

Did death by pull ups, push ups, sit ups

Start with pull ups at 1, start pushups on the round after failing pull ups, start sit ups on the round after failing push ups:

Strict Pull ups Rounds 1-10( fail in 10) 53 pull ups
Push ups 11-17 95 push ups
Sit ups 18-26 185 sit ups
