Stimulus and Strategy:
Today’s workout is a bodyweight triplet. Push the pace as you are able, but be cautious of “hitting the wall.” Pace yourself on the wall walks and chest-to-bar pull-ups, if needed. Pushing to failure on these movements can leave you resting for longer than you’d like. Consider manageable reps that allow you to move through each one of your rounds in 6 minutes or less.

Completed at work with a thicker-than-normal jump rope. I was able to do consistent dubs, but not the long sets I can do with my personal rope at home. I feel like I could’ve shaved a minute or so off with my own rope. Oh well. Nevertheless, tougher than I thought.

Dubs didn't go well in warmup and they we giving my left achilles tendon a no-so-fresh feeling, so I opted for 2xSUs. Odd, because SUs didn't bother the left at all. WW were full ROM. Broke pull-ups 3 times each round.
