Stimulus and Strategy:
Today, you get to lift heavy relative to your capacity. The effort should require all of your focus and attention to execute each set. Experienced athletes should build to a heavy set of 3 and plan to go as heavy as possible. Newer athletes should start light, focus on mechanics, and slowly add weight as they are comfortable. Look at your previous attempt to see your most recent 3-rep front squat number Alternatively, if you are familiar with a recent 1-rep-max front squat, lift around 70% or more.

Weights above 115 aren't very sustainable for me in a front rack since I can't get into a true front rack, so I cross my hands over the bar with the bar on the shoulders to go heavier. Meant to go higher than 195 but the knees weren't having it.
That's still solid weight! Well done, adapting as needed!

I just a have a quick question (mainly for the females). Any time squat workouts like this are involved or going running, do you have wear a hip band? Would you say it’s beneficial for leg workouts or going running? I’m thinking about it and wanted to know thoughts. If I get one, do I wear it above or below my knee caps? Thank you.
