Plates/barbell, dumbbells, kettlebell, heavy bag, bags of pool salt, bag of charcoal, medicine ball.
Nice mix of "stuff". Great work moving all that in less than 12!
Can we just take a moment to appreciate the fact that Nick left the workout, absolutely NAILED a kickflip and returned to win the workout? LEGEND.
Saw that, and couldn't agree more about LEGEND.
10:07, total of 701lbs. Assorted weight plates, bar, KB’s, and DB’s. Jumbled the loads up and carried differently each trip. Tried to keep things uneven also. Pretty good wod, almost too short…
Great work!

70 lbs (barbell and 25)
2 45lb bumpers
60 lb plyo box

Awesome as usual! I agree that this was pretty fun.
Rx - 25yd length with 2x45# plates and 50# wooden box.

Distance constraint of 25yds made this challenging to keep track of number of trips to make. A total of 10 trips with plates and 10 trips with the box. Lots of picking up and putting down. Wish I could have done this in 2015, but location and work wouldn't let it happen - fun WOD.
Yeah, I almost lost count too. Had to tally with chalk. Good job.
Thanks man. I'm beginning to think I miscounted after seeing everyone else's times - I didn't stop running between lines and only 'rested' in the time between putting down and picking up the loads. Should have tallied with chalk like you to be sure. I guess I will have to give this another go.
12:40
Great job!

Great work with that mix!
Love this wod. I reckon the 2010 Games version w the sandbags & wheelbarrows across tennis stadium is still one of the best events ever programmed.

Afternoon 6 mile run no vest
Nice work!
WOD looks like great fun. Watch the demo video!
Some history:
July 17, 2010.
Event 4.
“For time: Move 600/370 lb. of sandbags down the stairs, across the stadium floor, up the wall and up the stairs.”
July 22, 2015.
Event 2.
For time: Athletes started by carrying/dragging the sandbags from the top of the stadium down to the floor, used a wheelbarrow to take them to the other side, and then pushed them over a wall and carried them to the top of the stadium. The weight moved was 720/480 lb of sandbags.
I’ll have to check that out.

GENERAL FEAR LEVEL: 5?
It's a pretty fun WOD. I think you'll enjoy it.
Globo wod: do as it says, and consider going outside for this one. Now if you are in a globo facility mark off a distance and grab some heavy objects and move them as far as you can in 8 minutes.
