Any ideas for a rest day WOD?


I was going to do:


50-40-30-20-10: Double unders, sit ups

Right into

5-10-15-20-15: KB's, Wall Balls


But would like to mix it up.

My wod tonite will be 3x one arm beer pour while in seated position followed by strict sipine hold for as long as possible.
