Drop-In Diaries, Ep.05: Take Me to Church

In Episode 5 of “Drop-In Diaries,” Baylee Rayl and her family trade barbells for bunk beds as they take an overnight train to London — and squeeze in a few tourist moments (and about 190 stairs) at the iconic St. Paul’s Cathedral before saying goodbye.

From there, it’s off to Cardiff, Wales, where Rayl reconnects with Level 2 Seminar instructor Davs Dennis. Between dog walks, boat rides, and coaching a class at CrossFit Cardiff, Rayl gets a chance to return the favor — helping Davs fine-tune his handstand walk and bar muscle-up, proving that learning goes both ways.
