In the first installment of the February Professional Coach, we had Denise Thomas (CF-L4) square off against Eric O’Connor (CF-L4) in a fun and insightful piece titled Dueling Lesson Plans. The two were charged with writing their own plans for the same workout and then the plans were put side by side for comparison.

We sat down with Denise and Eric to dive into the plans they submitted. Learn more about their thought process, why they wrote the progressions and warm-ups they did, and what they would do differently next time. In the spirit of “there is more than one way to do it right,” we’re sure there’s something for everyone to take away from this interview. Print the lesson plan here to reference as you watch the video.
