The Sport of Fitness Podcast: Abigail Domit and James Sprague are Games Bound

On this episode of the Sport of Fitness podcast, we’re joined by the most recent 2026 CrossFit Games qualifiers in the Individual Division. 2024 Games champion James Sprague and 12th-place 2025 Games finisher Abigail Domit earned their spots at this year’s Games after finishing second at last weekend’s Legends Del Mar Semifinals event in California. Sprague and Domit will head to San Jose, California, this July to vie for the title of Fittest on Earth.
